Data we collect
When you fill in a form (quote, reseller, contact): company, name, email, phone, VAT or company number, country, type of organisation, requested products and message. We do not store your IP address or browser with the request; the IP address is only used, encrypted and for one day, to limit abusive submissions.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual steps); managing the business relationship with your company (legitimate interest); sending you our news only if you ticked the box provided (consent), with an unsubscribe link in every email.
Recipients and processors
Paperflow sales and administrative teams in France and Portugal. Technical processors: Supabase (database, EU Paris region eu-west-3), Vercel (website hosting, Paris region cdg1). Data is never sold to third parties.
Retention
Requests and prospects with no contact for three years: automatically anonymised. Customers: the duration of the business relationship plus legal retention periods. Photos attached to complaints: deleted one year after resolution. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to geral@pfpsa.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portugal) or the CNIL (France).
